PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

As a small business, our pre-orders help us plan and commit to stock specifically for each release. Once your pre-order is placed, we begin committing to the stock required to fulfil your order.

For this reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind once placed.

Once your pieces arrive, eligible items can still be returned for store credit in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy ♡

REGULAR ORDERS

Changed your mind? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Regular orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once your order has been processed or is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled. Eligible items can instead be returned for store credit in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Astra Avenue does not currently offer subscription or recurring purchase options.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
