PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as pre-order are purchased before they are ready for immediate dispatch.

Estimated arrival or dispatch timeframes will be provided on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that your order will not be dispatched until the item becomes available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations.

Shipping options and applicable charges are provided during checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order where tracking is available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their destination country.
